Talofa! We were honorary Samoans yesterday, and I think we can continue to claim that status until the orchids fade and die. We were invited to the temple with a Samoan family Saturday because Hubby had been instrumental, at the request of their bishop, in sorting out some legal issues for them. I realized at the temple that I didn't remember their name if I had to tell a temple worker who we were there for, so I stuck close to my other half. I was definitely only blessed to be there because he was asked to come, and I was grateful for an experience that I wouldn't have had otherwise. This husband and wife, native to Samoa, were going to the temple for the first time, and so were their two twentyish adult daughters, so that they could be sealed to their parents.
